I came home yesterday and my lovely husband had decided to bake me some cookies, so I can't say that I made these but they are delicious! I am a very spoiled lady! SO here is his recipe.
Ingredients: (Makes 15-20)
8oz Unsalted Butter
8oz Caster Sugar
1/2 Small can of Condensed Milk
7oz Oats
150g Self Raising Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
150g Raisins
Method:
Pre-heat oven at Gas Mark 4, 170oC, 350oF
Cream together Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy
Stir in Condensed Milk
Mix in Oats, Flour and Cinnamon
Mix in the Raisins
Make into little Patties and place on greased baking tray
Cook for 15 mins
